This was one of my very first paintings I did of my sister for a Christmas gift. My mom liked it so much she wanted another one done for the foyer in our house. Later I did one of me in matching tones. I'll post pictures of that later!

Luke Sexton

This painting is especially close to my heart. A couple from my hometown recently lost their newborn son, Luke, due to heart complications. I followed their journey from her pregnancy to their loss on their blog. Luke touched me and inspired me. Just knowing I brought a smile to their faces really makes my life. R.I.P. baby Luke.
